Walter Ernest Tittle (1883-1966), noted painter and etcher. Lovely watercolor looking out from Westpoint Military Academy. Lushly illustrated by hand. Some overall fading and yellowing with some foxing noted in the sky. There is a crudely cut extra overmat. Original frame. Measures 17 5/8" x 23 1/4".
