Vintage Dual 1 Hour Parking Meter 5 pennies or 1 Nickel Looks in good condition, no keys, sounds like there's a few coins inside, tested not working.
Nice Looking Piece for its Age No Key But Change Door is unlocked and will open. Tried putting a coin in wouldn't go in didn't want to force it. Selling as is Not Working. See Photos
