I have resorted to the majority of listing being "BUY IT NOW" - because of limited time   to list and monitor there may be some "Auction"type it I feel  they   merit -   many times I list low to moderate - most of my time is being spent cleaning up 5.a acres  of what was once a semi-junk yard its time consuming a lot of stuff buried underneath the  ground - it is being stock piled toll prices go up if ever :-); frequent trips  to I. U.  Medical/Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis; and now supervision of house rebuild in  Culver

SHIPPING  PREFERENCE IS USPS Flat rate / USPS Priority mail since most  packages now QUALIFY FOR FREE INSURANCE UP TO .00  - 100.00 IN CASE DAMAGE  OR LOST IN SHIPMENT this is  a plus for both  the buyer and the seller
PLEASE make sure that you have and up-to-date and correct deliverable address registered  with eBay and PayPal - undelivered items that are returned by the USPS will require additional  postage on the part of the buyer
MAIL OUTS will be on WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY  as I live out in country and prefer not to send with rural carrier traveling around countryside - Also most of time will be  mailed from the Culver Post Office as it is the closest mileage wise (8-10 miles) and they are  courteous enough to provide me a receipt of acceptance that I have turned in all packages for  mailing - the Rochester Post Office refuses to do so (besides being across t own at 14+  miles).
