    The Mansfield Buggy Co. was established in 1882 and was the first factory of its kind in Mansfield, Ohio. The company manufactured light vehicles of a medium grade for the general trade, building about 35 different styles of buggies, surreys, phaetons, road wagons and carts. The company was closed after the development of automobiles replaced buggies. For auction is a letter from Mansfield Buggy dated June 13, 1892 confirming payment by a company in Staunton, Virginia.
